             In the 1920s, the Negro League was formed. It was one of the most important events in baseball history. The Negro League had a huge impact on segregation and racism. African Americans were wanting to play baseball, but they couldn't due to their skin color. So a person started the Negro Leagues where African Americans play in their own league. There was another league like the Negro League called, The Eastern Colored League. The Negro League had a big impact on segregation and racism. The Negro Leagues broke racial barriers by getting rid of baseball sports segregation.
